Review on πŸ”§ Irwin Tools 1948773 IRWIN 8-in-1 Multi-Bit Driver: The Ultimate Versatile Tool for Every Task! by Dylan Aaronson

No junk, good weight - but use your own bits

Before someone desperately throws the tool down (or away), pull out the shank to get at the bits that are "in the handle" kept - as the misleading text says - Seriously, how much effort would it take to clear this up? The shaft has a roller/bearing fit and is fortunately quite tight. I mostly avoid screwdrivers because I can't stand any noticeable play in a hole or between handle and handle. Speaking of grips, this one has quite a bit of bulk, although the center of gravity is slightly offset. forward from ideal at about the point where the open shank meets the grip, not inside the grip itself. The big downside for me is the way the bits are stored: Inconvenient to access and seems to make for a double and a single being over the top.Bits are included. At the opposite end of the shank is a removable hex cap (which serves as a 1/4" socket with bits on each end. Clumsy. I have a torx screwdriver with a retractable rubber holder for over a dozen bits that are easier to deal with this conclusion: As a driver, it's well built and easy to use - just grab your bits and a case for it.
