Company not responsive to warranty replacement request

I purchased this cover in November, 2019. It has a 3 year warranty according to the documentation that came with it. The description here shows 1 year. The cover was only used for 3 to 4 months each year, so it was really used very little. I took it out of the bag to put it on the camper in January, 2023 only to discover that the cover is flaking and disintegrating. Yes, I realize that it was 2 months after the warranty expired, but I cannot get a response from the vendor. They have not responded to my emails. Would they respond if I was still definitely within the warranty period? I don't know, but this is not a good sign.

Pros

The cover's compact size makes it easy to store and transport, so you can take it with you wherever you go

Cons

The cover may not be machine washable, requiring hand cleaning and care

Terrible. We’ve had this since feb 2020. 4 months and it is literally disintegrating. It is flaking and we can’t even use it any longer. The putter coat, which I am guessing is the water resistant layer is white flakes. Don’t buy! Should have lasted a lot longer than 4 months!!
