I like everything, the quality is good, the price is acceptable.

About the bad: 1) For all that good things are written about this lens, there are also occupational diseases in it. The first disease is weight, for 15 minutes of wearing it, it will either pull your hand away, or will hang on the belt, beating off the liver by tapping, in continuation of the criticism, one can also mention the size, which can not be put into any bag and in any cramped places strives to hook on everything that only possible. 2) Despite the fact that all lenses have this characteristic, and that this lens has it at a quite good level, it still exists: focus breathing. Depending on where the focus went, the zoom also changes, when focusing on close objects, the ability to zoom decreases and vice versa - it increases when focusing into the distance. (the famous white opponent from Canon, by the way, also has this case, just exactly the opposite - approaching at close focuses and moving away at far ones) 3) The price is simply stellar, although most amateur lenses lack stars from the sky in terms of details in the picture, they can please with more non-standard qualities while eliminating the lack of weight and price. For example, 70-300 in the 300 range gives a very nice compression and an even better opportunity to photograph the situation without interfering with it. It is important! Advantages: 1) Sharpness: yes, it is so sharp that only rough processing can eventually lead to the fact that the picture will not look good on any camera. 2) Tinting. the color reproduction on it is not much higher than that of amateur zooms, but at d600,610,800,810 it has some kind of magical ability to find incredibly beautiful, but not very existing colors in the frame. I think this is a software marketing bun, but it looks very funny. 3) Dust and moisture protection, which can be killed in the head of a bear, if you carefully aim.

Pros
  • Focusing speed, sharpness, dust and moisture protection, impressiveness
Cons
  • price, weight, size
