I used this for a water based sanding primer when I was preparing a car for painting and this hand sander comes very handy when you need it. The hook and loop hold your discs very well so you don't have to spend all your time trying to keep the paper in place. Its ergonomic handle fits comfortably in your hand and is easy to hold, and the base is flexible enough to get those slightly curved surfaces. Don't think it's flimsy, you can still get a nice smooth ride as long as you let the sanding block and sandpaper do their job, but make sure you have good quality paper and the right grit for it use the respective task. . Suitable for some tight spaces but not all. I plan to use it again later when I sand and buff the paint. Just worth the money.
