For the last 9 months I have had trouble replacing the Monroe MA822 shocks. Last week another Monroe muffler failed (this was the third time in just 9 months) and started rattling and leaking fluid. I spoke to a few mechanics and they thought I would be better off with these KYBs so I decided to give them a try. I was impressed that they didn't rattle like all my Monroe shocks when new. The Monroes also seem to have been redesigned, they look brand new. They are just as easy to fit and my car drives much better than the Monroe. Now it no longer knocks, it has become much softer. I am very happy with this purchase so far. If these beats give me trouble I will update this review. So if you don't see any updates, I can assure you they're still working fine. Hope that helps.
