Easy to assemble apart from the awful insulating strips and not so much but an unforgivable problem with this unit was that it didn't cool the room it warmed it. The house was 71 degrees, the nighttime temp was 50 and the 8 by 10 foot room was 73 degrees. We've consistently used this unit at the lowest temperature (62 degrees) for 5 days and it was at best 2 degrees cooler than the rest of the house, but typically 3 to 8 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. not to mention but the box came with updated Revain stickers because it was refurbished. but since this thing didn't even work, what difference does it make whether it's new or not.
