It cleans smooth surfaces like glass hobs well and even cleans smooth pans etc but I was hoping to replace the regular cleaning brush with this one. After this pandemic it was very difficult to find a replacement for my Scotch and Ocello sponges. I think they modified their equipment to make masks or other necessary things. I would never use them again for a regular dish scraper because they are too hard (abrasive side and there is no hole so the soap just won't go through. I don't even care about the hole which is very big on others but it theres no way to get the soap out for that hole so i had to make one! washing dishes with it It cleans the hob pretty well so if you buy it for that it works really well aside from the difficulty of getting soap.
