Essential if you love tamagoyaki or want better eggs
After years of trying to make thin rolls in European or American skillets and pans I finally bought a special tamagoyaki pan. Although I usually stay away from Unitaskern, it's small enough and useful enough to justify its place in my kitchen. Gives excellent results. The silicone spatula is ideal for gently lifting and rolling eggs without breaking them. Works best with 3 eggs poured in 2 batches: pour, roll, pour more, lift the bun to allow the new egg to drip underneath, then roll up and enjoy.
