Makes a perfect and nice looking omelette

I'm so glad I tried this pan! The non-stick surface makes it easy to make an omelette using two different sized eggs. You only need to add a small drop of olive oil before adding the eggs. My favorite recipe so far is using 1/4 tomato, fresh mozzarella, and basil. The spatula was good too, it was easy to flip and the omelet ended up together. I bought a medium size and it can hold up to 4-5 eggs. Easy to clean, simply wipe away excess oil with a paper towel or used tissue first, then wash with…

Essential if you love tamagoyaki or want better eggs

After years of trying to make thin rolls in European or American skillets and pans I finally bought a special tamagoyaki pan. Although I usually stay away from Unitaskern, it's small enough and useful enough to justify its place in my kitchen. Gives excellent results. The silicone spatula is ideal for gently lifting and rolling eggs without breaking them. Works best with 3 eggs poured in 2 batches: pour, roll, pour more, lift the bun to allow the new egg to drip underneath, then roll up and…

Small handle, easy to burn if you're not careful, but this pan ROCKS

So, as the title suggests, be very careful with the tiny handle. My husband burned his hand twice because the wooden part is quite small and this hot part rises quite high. The feature is definitely 5 stars. But other than that, this little thing is the boss. The non-stick coating is phenomenal, nothing really sticks. Keep in mind that you don't get anything from the outside (like any other skillet, to be honest). Very cute and amazing :) It's great for a single/double serving of tamagoyaki or…

DO NOT BUY THIS PAN

Haven't written any Amazon reviews yet. But I have to say something about this product. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. THIS IS HARMFUL TO YOUR HEALTH. It's defective in the sense that it's made of toxic aluminum and the coating on the pan is suspect. When I used it for the first time this morning, the omelet I made smelled suspicious. Due to the poor quality of the product, the omelette can burn easily (while other quality pans with a safe coating have never burned on my omelettes). Both my daughter…

This is a 5 star hotel that likes to be treated!

Has become my favorite frying pan. Eggs just glide with some butter. I've seen some reviews saying it sticks and I think without oil or overheating it can happen but my personal experience after a couple of weeks has been amazing. I love my square omelettes! I like it so much I told my wife not to touch it. I do light cleaning, using only soft fabrics and some laundry soap. It's coming from a guy who's more into electronics than cooking. Then why did I give 3 stars? Well I personally don't read

Great little one-person cooking pan

A few months ago I replaced my worn out pans with Imusa Stone Look 8" and 9.5" pans with wood handles. Since I mostly cook for myself, these pans were too big for me. I wanted to find a very small pan for eggs, grilled sandwiches, burgers, etc. This little pan does the job. And it's close enough in color and style to almost match my Imusa set. However, it has a few downsides. The non-stick coating sticks unless you use a small amount of oil/spray (I use the included brush to coat the bottom of…
