Has become my favorite frying pan. Eggs just glide with some butter. I've seen some reviews saying it sticks and I think without oil or overheating it can happen but my personal experience after a couple of weeks has been amazing. I love my square omelettes! I like it so much I told my wife not to touch it. I do light cleaning, using only soft fabrics and some laundry soap. It's coming from a guy who's more into electronics than cooking. Then why did I give 3 stars? Well I personally don't read 5 or 1 star comments it's hard to tell if it's a shoe or a competency in writing these reviews that's why I like it so much I'm underestimating it just hoping that someone like me finds this one comment helpful.
