Makes a perfect and nice looking omelette
I'm so glad I tried this pan! The non-stick surface makes it easy to make an omelette using two different sized eggs. You only need to add a small drop of olive oil before adding the eggs. My favorite recipe so far is using 1/4 tomato, fresh mozzarella, and basil. The spatula was good too, it was easy to flip and the omelet ended up together. I bought a medium size and it can hold up to 4-5 eggs. Easy to clean, simply wipe away excess oil with a paper towel or used tissue first, then wash with soap and water.
