Great little one-person cooking pan

A few months ago I replaced my worn out pans with Imusa Stone Look 8" and 9.5" pans with wood handles. Since I mostly cook for myself, these pans were too big for me. I wanted to find a very small pan for eggs, grilled sandwiches, burgers, etc. This little pan does the job. And it's close enough in color and style to almost match my Imusa set. However, it has a few downsides. The non-stick coating sticks unless you use a small amount of oil/spray (I use the included brush to coat the bottom of the pan and grease the corners). You must use the provided silicone tools (or other silicone tools) as the hard plastic/metal tools can ruin the finish. Cooking on medium heat spoils your food quickly and also damages your pan. Since the coating is very delicate, I did not wash it in the dishwasher. When washing by hand, I use a soft sponge/brush to remove any food residue that may be stuck. Food that settles in the corners of the pot can be more difficult to remove, but nothing has stuck so far.

Pros
  • Top marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Vulgarity
