Best Database Program Available - My Business Relying Solely On CaseTrak
Easy to use, easy to learn/work with, very intuitive UI. It is not as user friendly for non-tech savvy users. Some functions are difficult to find if you need them but there's tons of help in the manual. If you're looking for a database program that can help track records, run reports, etc. this is it. I'm solving problems by keeping tabs on the health and well being of our pediatric patients. The most helpful thing about this product is its ability to store large amounts of information in an organized manner. It also provides excellent reports that help me get my job done efficiently. I do not have any dislikes with this program as it has always worked well for us. This application helps me keep all our documentation up-to-date, especially when we are doing large projects like construction or renovations.
- There were no issues at installation time; everything seemed fine from start till finish..The software was straightforward enough even though some aspects may seem complicated due mostly because they offer many options available through drop down menus rather than just one option per field which seems easier since less clicks needed then compared what other programs require where selecting more fields requires multiple selections within each
