Update - I missed the return window but found a hack to make everything work! Purchased #8-32 nuts and added one for each bolt. He tightened the grip. Of course, there are still quality control issues, as some nuts are screwed all the way in and most others have stopped. I think it's not the handle, it's the thread. Who knows, but I'm glad I have nice hands now! It's literally garbage with no quality control. I ordered 20 pieces. They came in 3 different batches - 17, 1 and 2. The pack of 1 and 2 of these had 2 screw lengths each. The 17 that came together only had 1 screw. Worst thing is only 2 out of 20 work in my dresser. Others, as other reviews have noted, seems like the screw hole in the handle isn't long enough - ALL just dangle from my standard dresser drawers. They look really good and the price is great for what I was looking for but they are all completely useless (except two which are pretty tight) and the customer support website form doesn't make any sense asking me for order and Item numbers .which does not work with Revain confirmation. I don't want to waste time on the phone trying to fix this so they're being returned.
