This is a very beautiful cabinet handle, convenient shape, which can be pulled with two fingers. The handle is 1 1/4" in diameter and protrudes 1 1/8" from the cabinet door when installed, providing maximum utility without being oversized. The handle is a hollow metal shell rather than a solid one, but once it's in place, there's no telling. We bought these handles on purpose because they were the same finish and brand (Franklin Brass) as the handles we bought for the kitchen. The goal was an identical finish. Update - I missed the return window but found a hack to make everything work! Purchased #8-32 nuts and added one for each bolt. He tightened the grip. Of course, there are still quality control issues, as some nuts are screwed all the way in and most others have stopped. I think it's not the handle, it's the thread.
