I have been using Oreck vacuums for 25 years now. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! I have a house cleaning service and I always buy regular Oreck vacuums, not commercial Oreck cleaners. This vacuum is the worst of the worst. It's like sliding a concrete block over most of the carpets we clean. I only found out when it was too late to return that it has a belt that is permanent (no change required), what a joke. I've been using it for a little over a month and the belt barely turns the hammer. So disappointed!
