While the actual assembly wasn't really a problem, I did notice that all the bearings were overtightened by the manufacturer. The first thing I noticed was that the headset was so tight that I couldn't turn the front wheel without a lot of effort. This forced me to check the wheel and bottom bracket bearings which were damn tight resulting in the pedals and wheels not spinning freely. I could barely loosen the nuts to adjust them properly. All the adjustments I had to make had to be done right at the factory. The bike itself was a great deal, but the poor build quality from the manufacturer was extremely disappointing. Unless you're mechanically inclined, you're better off paying and buying a bike at your local bike shop.
