Good device. I haven't had a GPS for years. I used Waze on my phone and then wondered why I was wasting data when I can get GPS in just a few days for a fair price. After some research I found this Garmin which had good reviews and was named a top seller. The device is good, does what I need. There was a bit of a delay loading the instructions (cell phone works right away). The device comes with everything you need to charge/update the device. Mounting on the windshield of the car - GARBAGE! Jumped on me twice in the first few days, very frustrating when the new GPS module falls off and hits the car. I take care of everything I have, I don't have to worry about a cheap mount ruining everything. My non-original mount works 100%! Assembly issues aside, good GPS, easy to use, displays traffic, various travel options, easily modifiable and fairly compact. Update: The device is decent, but Waze still has much better/accurate navigation. The device will say "You have arrived" when you are 1-2 blocks from the location. Another major thing that frustrates me is that "satellite detection" takes far too long with today's technology. I mean sometimes it's 4-5 minutes! It's crazy sitting on the side of an open road in the city and waiting for your way.
