I like that it allows me to see everything at once so there isn't any confusion about what needs attention first or second etc.
It's not easy for new users (like myself) because we are used to other software where things work together seamlessly! If this was made more user friendly then maybe people would use it better? We can now do almost anything in one place which has been very helpful as an Account Manager/Sales Consultant who works remotely from home - no longer have to keep switching between programs when doing client management tasks.
