The ease of use for all our clients in one platform with no additional software is great! I love that they have an easy-to navigate website as well!! Very customer service oriented team who are always willing/able (sometimes even eager) to assist you when needed or requested. Nothing really at this time but if there were any issues we would be able to resolve them quickly because their support staffs knowledge base makes it very simple compared to other companies out here now days. It's not too much different than most others so maybe just go ahead & give us another try? You will NOT regret your decision. ! Our business has been growing since day 1 due to its ability to manage everything from A - Z without having multiple systems throughout my office which was causing confusion amongst employees. Everything seems more organized within minutes after implementing. They also provide training sessions where each employee can learn how to utilize these programs effectively during start up process. This helps streamline.
