After seeing several professional chefs using it I decided I needed one myself. I'm so glad I bought one! I use it at least a few times a week and it has made juicing lemons, oranges and limes a lot easier and I believe a lot more juice comes out. I've seen some comments pointing to a log splitting or splitting problem. I had no instructions for this. It was suggested to rub the oil into the surface from time to time, which I did. wipe after a few minutes. I definitely recommend it and I don't think you will be disappointed. Another product that you may want to purchase (if you don't already have one) is the Zester Microplane. Each time I use this reamer/juicer I also peel lemons or oranges to add to any recipe I make. You will not regret it!
