The interface is simple to use, it's very easy for new users - I didn't have any problem while using this software! As an IT consultant i love that my clients can get all their data in one place easily - no need to send me folders or files which are hard to manage at times (the more amount you add). It takes time until your first results will be generated; if you're not used to analyzing big datasets than take some training courses online before starting. We wanted to solve problems related to our customers by getting insight into what was happening with them during specific periods.
