I used this on one of my rescue cats to keep his siblings from trying to nurse on him. Apparently, it is a comfort thing for them, and he just lets them do it, but his tummy gets irritated, so it needed to stop. I used this for a couple of days and now they just cuddle up, no more raw tummy! If you plan to use this for any length of time and don’t want to constantly have to take it off for you pet to potty, there is enough room for a diaper underneath, but that would need to be purchased separately. I plan to try this instead of a cone on the next cat who needs surgery.
