Buy a quality scanner instead Fujitsu ix500

Neatness is all marketing and not much in the category of well designed products. I had this scanner for a while and then it stopped feeding properly so I only had to scan 8 pages at a time then it started choking up part by part. I tried to contact Neat for a replacement part and if it's not out of warranty they won't help you at all. MANY are retiring from their established product. It's awful.) Shame on them for trying to suck more money out of you. Headache.
