I use this product on my dump trailer, cars, side by side, lawn mower and tractor that I don't use all the time. Makes it easy to connect when the attachment is not in use and disconnect when it's ready for use. When I'm not using my gear, I keep it on my gear to save battery life and not stop work to replace the battery. This product makes it easy to connect the charger. It's important to use products like this where I live in Montana since cold weather destroys a good battery pretty quickly.
