this is sloppy because half of the dishes have the handle up and the other half have the handle down. When you pick up a dish, about half the time you accidentally pick up the head with your fingers. It's thin because it bends when you eat it, and if you're not careful it will break. I'd say no to weakness because it's cheap, but there's no need for a sloppy design. They may have tried to pack it tightly this way, but they can easily achieve this by changing the orientation of different packs rather than mixing orientations in one pack. This is very poor product design with poor or no product testing.
