They fit perfectly on my 2015 Silverado 3500. The instructions are for using a Phillips screwdriver but you will need a Torx 30 bit to remove the two OEM screws. Both screws are easily accessible without removing the wheel. However, for the third screw (included with the fenders), you will need to drill a 1/8" hole to install that screw. It is installed in the middle between two OEM screws. Also, you need to remove the outer wheel to drill a hole. If you don't have a right angle adapter for your drill bit, I installed mine with just two factory screws until I got a chance to drill that pesky hole.
