The work and performance of the product is quite good. The two we bought have some battery problems and need to replace products. Batteries don't hold a charge. Every time you go for a walk, you should change them just before leaving. It takes a couple of hours to charge, and the display says it will last 19 hours. In my experience with ours, if you charge them up and go on a trip 2-3 days later, even if you've used them and charged them in preparation for the trip, you'll need to charge them again.
