I am returning this unit and my whistle subscription CX. It's amazing how little their customer support knew about the product. She couldn't help but understand the simple explanation that the app was only tracking my phone and not the whistle tracker. The app showed my dog living across the street and tracked me and my phone around the house and safe area. The tracker was never tracked while loading. I may have missynced it which is why I needed technical support. She gave me apologies but no real explanations or suggestions to solve the problem. As soon as I said "if you don't understand how to solve the problem I need to unsubscribe" it was done in seconds and emailed to me (seconds literally)! As a service business owner, you should be aware of how quickly this type of service will make you lose customers. I strongly recommend not buying a whistle tracker, it is not recommended. It would be very important if I could get even the slightest bit of help from your customer service representative, but she seemed completely disinterested and it sounded like her bird was hooting in the background. Keep it up guys!
