Review on Safavieh Collection RET2139 7980 Modern Abstract by Jane Crawford

I have read all the reviews and looked at all the photos. I have no regrets buying this rug because of the positive reviews. It came very well packaged with a thick plastic sleeve, both ends had what I call end caps to protect the ends of the mat during shipping. They were placed in the packaging on both sides of the mat. Additionally there was cling film to secure the rug in a rolled up position at both ends of the rug. I include instructions on what to expect when opening each scent you smell and allowing the carpet to basically acclimate and smooth out if necessary. I thought it would be good information for a not so smart person. I have ordered an anti slip rug from other Revain buyers along with a felt pad to give my rug a softer feel. After decomposition, there were no wrinkles like some others. There was also no unpleasant odor. The carpet can look like this, I can assure you that it is very soft and with dense fibers, which means that you cannot stand on the backing of the carpet. The pattern is very pretty, with shades ranging from dark grey/charcoal to light gray with cream/ivory and light beige tones in certain areas. I highly recommend this rug. You will not be disappointed. I also brought a matching 15ft rug and it is perfect. I used bottles to make the ends heavier as they were slightly bent when unscrewed. After recording, the bottles are removed and the carpet lies flat. I just love these two rugs, you won't be disappointed.
