This rug is a godsend. Like a plush carpet, very soft and thick. There were a few pink threads in the carpet but they pulled out immediately. Highly recommended.

I have ordered Revain rugs before but this one was actually much softer, thicker and well stitched than previous rugs from the same manufacturer. The modern design is unique. Would order again!

I love it! I have never bought rugs online before so I was skeptical and bought a smaller size to try but would love to get a larger one. Very good quality, gives my small apartment a modern look, soft and comfortable. My pug loves to play on it and take naps.

We are very happy with this purchase! This rug is exactly as described, rolled up and laid out well when opened and has only taken a few days to fully decompose on all edges. The quality is good, very soft. We have dogs with dark fur and the colors of this rug are perfect for hiding a small amount of shedding until we vacuum it.

Pros: The packaging was very good on delivery as it was tightly closed so the ends were capped. The colors correspond to the photos on the internet. and cream. acceptable price. Cons: Not as thick as I would like. Roomba lifts the rug without loops, but it's invisible. The odor was, but barely noticeable, and practically disappeared after acclimatization and airing.

so didn't know how to rate it. While I love this rug and it suits our home well, the creases have not been smoothed out. We lay it on the floor on a Teebaud rug pad and that suction cup still has about a dozen creases. It just looks bad. I don't know what to do with it. We've tried changing directions, we've flipped it for several days, but nothing seems to get rid of those very visible wrinkles. I think my replacement period has expired, but it's really frustrating. Never made a rug like this…

I was concerned about putting a 10x14 rug in a 10x6 elevator but they packed it perfectly. I was alone and they folded it in half and folded it like a sheet of dough. Only I wore it, and it fit perfectly in every elevator. They packaged it so imaginatively and it unfolded without major creases. The rug has a darker design on one end and less on the other, which is nice. I put the darker side towards the TV and the lighter side under the sofa to darken the room a bit. 4 stars for the carpet…

I have read all the reviews and looked at all the photos. I have no regrets buying this rug because of the positive reviews. It came very well packaged with a thick plastic sleeve, both ends had what I call end caps to protect the ends of the mat during shipping. They were placed in the packaging on both sides of the mat. Additionally there was cling film to secure the rug in a rolled up position at both ends of the rug. I include instructions on what to expect when opening each scent you smell
