I liked the rug but HATE wrinkles

so didn't know how to rate it. While I love this rug and it suits our home well, the creases have not been smoothed out. We lay it on the floor on a Teebaud rug pad and that suction cup still has about a dozen creases. It just looks bad. I don't know what to do with it. We've tried changing directions, we've flipped it for several days, but nothing seems to get rid of those very visible wrinkles. I think my replacement period has expired, but it's really frustrating. Never made a rug like this before. The carpet itself is awesome! Very modern and unique.
