Customer Support at ZENY Is Poor

I recently bought a bed from the ZENY online store, and I have to admit that I was disappointed in the quality of the customer care I got. The bed was on time and in excellent shape, but some pieces were missing. They were hard to get in touch with and unhelpful when I asked for assistance from their customer care department. It took me a few tries to reach a representative, and when I did, they seemed disinterested in assisting me with the problem. Even worse, they refused to cooperate and work with me when I asked for a reimbursement. It annoyed me and gave me a bad taste in my tongue. Although the bed itself was of good quality, I find it difficult to suggest ZENY's online shop to others because of the poor customer service. It's unfortunate because they have a wide variety of furniture and home goods, but the subpar customer service made me unhappy with the items I ended up buying.
