Works to tighten the ball on the Equil-iz-er anti-sway device.

Used to tighten the ball on the Equil-iz-er coupler. The base wall fits snugly into the hitch ball. Simply place the levers in the lever mounts and rotate them about 30 degrees to make room and the bushing will fall inward. 5 minutes work. I couldn't find anyone with an outlet that worked. My clutch is 1000/10000.
