The standard bell on my Rad E-bike is nice to have and most commonly used; ideal for a gentle warning on the trails when approaching from behind. But it's still pretty quiet, so I ordered it as an add-on. This chime is significantly louder and usually draws attention in noisy environments than the standard chime, but it's not as loud as I was expecting from reading other reviews. well done and now this is my mid-range call, having added an obnoxiously loud electric horn to drown out traffic noise and rolled-up car windows - so now I have three levels of alert and all is well. Good product at a good price; Check it out if you want something louder.
