Review on Browne 10-Inch Box-Type Grater: Optimal Tool for Efficient Grating by Amanda Rodriguez

I have a few Microplane graters but needed a good all round grater for those times when the food processor was too cool. This grater looks very well made, but I was a little disappointed with how sharp it is. This may be due to using microplane graters for small jobs and may skew my perception of "sharpness". Basically I wanted it to be the coarse and julienned sauce options. The julienne side didn't really do what I envision as julienne strips with carrots, it just grated it. For the price I'd say it's worth it but a bit disappointed in the performance.
