WePet Is a Flop of an E-Commerce Platform for Pet Lovers

When looking for pet supplies, I was eager to give WePet a shot. I had high hopes for them, but was let down by their poor variety, unhelpful staff, and erratic shipping. Few Options Available WePet's product assortment is extremely slim, despite the company's claims to the contrary. Poor quality cat litter was available, as were few playthings and ornaments. In addition, I didn't like that they didn't have many choices for cats with special dietary needs when it came to both food and treats. Negative Customer Service The poor quality of WePet's customer support only added insult to injury. I contacted the company for clarification on a product, but I received a useless and rude reply. There were a lot of dead ends and pages that wouldn't open on their website, making it frustrating to use. Inconsistent Transport WePet's delivery process was a major headache overall. My order arrived weeks later than expected and was missing some products despite my payment for express shipping. When I contacted customer service for help, I received even less useful replies and no answers to my problems. Conclusion As a whole, I do not feel comfortable recommending WePet to pet owners as a trustworthy online shop. Anyone in need of pet supplies will find them to be a frustrating and disappointing choice due to their limited selection, poor customer service, and unreliable shipping. Don't go through all that trouble — go somewhere else to get your cat supplies.
