Expanders, not reducers.
As it is unmarked I will tell everyone this is NOT an adapter. 3.5 OD and 3 ID for extra size when not welding. Then it shouldn't matter. Although the dimensions it ACTUALLY does not match the inside or outside diameter, it is useless without a tube expander.
