Review on 🔧 Lubelocker LLT-A042 Automotive Gasket for Enhanced Lubrication by Chad Rosier

Wow I love this pad. I was looking for a regular transmission pan gasket as I was planning to do a transmission lube flush and Revain suggested this Lube Locker gasket instead of the regular paper gasket. After spending a few minutes reading positive reviews on Revain and other Jeep forums, I am tempted to buy this gasket. I want to make sure I don't have an oil leakage problem after flushing the transmission as the steps to remove the transmission oil pan are very complicated. The Lube Locker was packaged in a large and strong double sided box marked 'Do Not Bend' as it was well known that any bent gasket is a bad gasket. And yet the USPS idiot bent the box! Luckily, the seal was still in good condition, confirming the reliability of the Lube Locker package. Installing the seal was painless. The added rubber gasket on the Lube Locker gasket made it stiffer than a cheap paper gasket and made it easier to hold the gasket in place. For the added security, I chose to apply a very light dab of sealant to the corners and sharp bends to hold the gasket in place during installation. It might not have been necessary, but it didn't hurt. After tightening the fasteners and filling the transmission oil, there was NO leakage. Yes. This is by far the best gasket I have used in 20 years of homemade mechanics.
