SPICY. Very sharp and very comfortable in the hand.
The blade was wrapped in what can best be described as duct tape which was difficult to remove, mainly because I was afraid of cutting myself. Once cleaned, the blade slices through rum tomatoes like butter and raw sweet potatoes with ease. The curved handle felt good in my hand and was comfortably balanced. The one-piece metal construction was solid and well balanced. This is my new favorite knife.
