I like that it is easy to set up for any size business or organization.

The customer support team has been wonderful at helping me get everything setup correctly! There isn't much dislike about this software other than some of my clients don't have access right away when they open their account because there's an initial waiting period before you can log in as admin/owner (if needed). We use SMILE Control to manage all of our employees' computers so that each person only sees what he needs without having to go through IT first. It also helps us keep track of who uses which computer most often by assigning them tags via the website interface.
