Reviewing and managing guest profiles online

The best thing about this software is that it has all of my customer information in one place, so I can easily access them when needed for any queries or changes to their profile details. It also allows me to send out emails with customised messages at times which saves time as well as reducing stress levels because everything's done automatically rather than having to manually enter each email address into an excel spreadsheet etcetera. Sometimes there are delays between updates being made by guests who have been staying here before they were added back onto our system (by mistake), but we're working hard towards resolving these issues quickly - no problems yet though after using since launch day last week. We've had some people leave us feedback saying how easy/quickly things work compared to other systems like ours currently use; however, others say otherwise, hence why you should always do research yourself first if unsure whether something will suit you perfectly beforehand. If anyone reading this reviews doesn't understand anything.

Pros
  • Easy interface.
  • Allows multiple users within business without needlessly overloading admin staffs' schedules too much due lacklustre compatibility across platforms such Microsoft Excel &, Word / PowerPoint documents instead just requiring basic internet browser usage only! :)
Cons
  • Some disadvantages
