I have a bathroom door that I want to be halfway between fully open and wide open. That's exactly where my elbow is when I'm combing my hair or moving. I had a moving doorstop for a while but sometimes it moved and was hard to find when kicked under the cabinets. My hair or dust would also get under it, and the door wouldn't hold open well. (I had to sweep every day because my hair was falling out). This magnetic doorstop solves all of these problems. It is not lost or moved. Hair underneath doesn't get caught. And I can sweep under him because he's off the ground. I also think it's stylish and appreciate its aesthetics. I plan on getting more of these for all my doors that don't stay open well.
