This was just what I needed to repair and install new wheels on the twelve catering carts we use for our church school cafeteria and pantry. I mounted new wheels on the old brackets on two wagons. The new wheels used a larger center bolt, so I had to flip the mounts (that's 16 holes in 1/8 steel). One of these guys had me do it all in less than 10 minutes and didn't show any wear and tear. On 9 carts, the new heavier wheels required me to add a quarter inch plywood washer between the mounting surfaces. I used a drill guide to drill four 5/16" holes in the corners of these standoffs, but my target was often just a hair's breadth from dead spots. One of these three reamers has a quarter inch pitch between each pitch. With this I was able to drill some slightly larger holes to fit neatly over each set of 4 screws. The reamer was very sharp and cut through the plywood cleanly and quickly without splitting. This is a very handy tool for such a low price that you should have in your tool box. This will save you a lot of frustration and time. Like I said, where has this tool been all my life?
