I have been using this frother with a variety of milks for a little over a week and am seriously impressed with its performance and build quality. It's more than I expected, but I really appreciate the travel cap and keep it in my bag for office use. The triple head makes a big difference! At half pressure the froth is just great, almost as rich as with steam if you heat it up first. I've used a couple of small single head foamers with just one AAA battery and while I was happy with them I didn't really understand what I was missing. It's worth the extra volume to get this type of lather. I've also used it to blend several powdered drinks and smoothies. Some of you will flinch, but I've got a pretty good martini! If you are very careful and use a few tablespoons of crushed ice you can get a great air mix to oxidize a Triple Head Gin. For powdered drinks I'd settle for a head unless you really want a whipped protein drink - ugh. Finally, being able to remove the mixer heads for cleaning is great. This prevents water from entering the motor and keeps the inside of the cover clean. Don't underestimate this! I've messed up a few blowers this way, so I definitely recommend this feature. While this one is a little bulky, it's totally worth the extra size for the performance and convenience. It looks great, the button is protected by a silicone pad, and you get two heads for different drinks. Of the several portable foamers I've tried, this is the one I recommend.
