Item received on January 16th. Installed with no problems. It broke on February 19. The strap is broken. These straps should last up to a year with average use. The customer service phone number listed on the 3M packaging, 1-800-690-5469, directs you (booking) to 844-202-9924. Area codes 844 are suspected - spam/telemarketing. Don't call 844. The 800 number may have been compromised. I used to always use DURABELTS. Never had any problems with this brand.
