Oh, that carpet. Where should I start? I ordered it 3 times and not once the order was correct. Thank goodness for the excellent customer service from Revain. You took very good care of me. I really want to order this rug in rust color but no matter what I order (at first we thought the colors were just reversed) I get the wrong one - be it size or colour. It's so soft. How incredibly soft. Appears to repel stains well and is tightly woven on the back. (You will definitely need a carpet pad as it is quite slippery on a hard floor). I hope if I wait a little bit everything will work out. 'Cause I'll keep trying
