Bought this bottle for my daughter to take to school - Pros: - Fairly easy to disassemble so washing is not a problem - Water seems to stay colder than other water bottles, flows out much more reliably than i thought when i thought saw it first. Cons: The straw has to be bitten down (or pressed with the lips) to get the water out - my daughter loves to bite the straw when we're out at restaurants and while it doesn't bother me I'm sure it helps her not to curb the habit. Although there is no problem with cleaning, mold on straws like this always worries me. I had another brand that couldn't be physically cleaned without unscrewing the lid with special screws and so mold developed over time from not being able to properly dry the inside. I've occasionally found that after flushing part of the bite valve, the water sometimes won't drain if I'm not careful. They sell replacement valves so this might not be a big problem. Wasn't there long enough to see him. Will be updated if something comes up.
