The fit on my Prelude was absolutely perfect. All screws lined up easily and all connectors were in the same place. I can't comment on durability as I've only had it for a few months. Does what it's supposed to and is a lot cheaper than an OEM device. If I keep the car for 10 more years I would buy a stock unit. Anyway, there isn't much life left in my car, so that's enough to keep it going for now.
