Cage received with all parts but not all parts fit on the cage! The holes in the lower forage grapple wing panels did not line up, preventing us from using all of the screws for their intended purpose. The upper staircase is completely wrong. It's 1 step longer and doesn't fit the holes at all. As a result, we had to buy cable ties to hold it together. The whole set is disappointing. We attempted to contact Prevue directly at (312) 243-3624 to resolve the issue directly as we preferred to obtain replacement parts rather than shipping them back to Revain (tedious and very difficult to assemble let alone disassemble and send to UPS since I live in a gated community with no concierge) but unfortunately no one from Prevue ever took our calls.
